01About this game
This notice describes the current development version of Word Boom, supplied by MERCANWORKS OÜ, Paavli tn 5a/1, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10412, Estonia, registry code 17413775. Contact: info@mercanworks.com. Public release features may differ; the notice must be updated before changed processing begins.
02Local progress
The game does not provide a MercanWorks player account. Progress, game settings and relevant inventory are stored locally on your device. We do not receive those local records through a MercanWorks game server. Removing the app or clearing its data may erase them; operating-system backup settings can affect local copies.
03Network services and advertising
The current development build does not include an advertising or remote analytics service. Gameplay does not require a MercanWorks account. App distribution and your device operating system can process separate technical data under their own notices.
04Purchases and cloud saves
Real-money purchases and a MercanWorks cloud-save service are not active in the version described here. We do not claim that planned billing or cloud providers already receive your data. If these features are introduced, their recipients, data, legal bases and retention will be explained before activation.
05Your data and your rights
Local progress can be removed through device app-data controls. AdMob data, where applicable, follows Google’s retention and international transfer arrangements; rights requests can be sent to Google and to us for processing for which we are responsible. If you email support, we process your message to respond, as explained in our website privacy notice. Parents can contact us about a child’s data. Rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection apply under their legal conditions. We normally respond within one month, with a justified extension where GDPR permits. You may complain to Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (AKI) or another competent EEA authority. Website cookies and game advertising are separate.
