Two puzzles on one board
Why matching pieces is only half of Word Boom.

A second purpose for every match
In Word Boom, a match does more than clear coloured pieces. It breaks coverings and brings hidden letters into play. That gives the board a second purpose: the route to a word begins with a spatial decision.
A change of pace
When all the letters are uncovered, the game shifts from matching to arranging words. The player carries the result of the first puzzle into the second. Each world supplies a theme that connects its vocabulary.
A board that grows with you
The opening levels use a familiar 8 × 8 board. Beyond level 200, new silhouettes and later multi-area levels change the available routes. The challenge grows through the rules you already know.
